
Tree Reports for Building Control
In order to properly determine required foundation depths, a structural engineer will need to know which trees are growing within influencing distance of your proposals.
They will also need to know the tree species, the current height, the mature height, the water demand and the distance to your proposals.
Our building control plans provide all of this information on a clear, scaled plan and can be used to obtain consent from the council's building control department and will conform to the current NHBC standard - Chapter 4.2 Building near trees (see link below).
